INSPIRED BY DIFFERENCE.
Understanding great ideas are not industry specific.

Designing Product:
– Traditional Business Approach – Focus on viability and benefits to business
– Design Thinking Approach – Focus on the needs of people, possibilities of technology, and requirements to business success
– Lean UX Approach – Focus on customer feedback and continuously improves
– Design Sprint Approach – Focus on designers to work with customers in prototyping and testing – to learn quickly on different aspects of design and then integrate
I personally have had the privilege of every approach at my disposal and learning from that exposure to each has allowed me to become the designer I am today. I have thrived in each approach and there have been times when the budget didn’t allow certain advantages in technology but you draw from the times where you have had those at your disposal and realize you learn from every day life if you are aware of your surroundings and realize you can put those experiences into your design thought process.
I have served as a Creative Director, Outreach Director, Graphic/Web Designer, UI Developer, and Front-End Engineer. I have worked with Top-Tier Creative Agencies on Digital Products and Web Properties. I have worked on Landing Pages, Email Drip Campaigns, Developer Portals, Customer Portals, and eCommerce Websites. I have worked on Video Tutorials, Interactive Brand Identity Packages, Marketing Collateral, Print Ads, Direct Mail, Tradeshow Graphics, and Conference/Event Collateral, Presentations, Pitch Decks, Patent Drawings.
Work Skills.
GREAT DESIGN MATTERS.
The importance of these three components is exponential when you understand they collectively hold the same amount of weight. It is imperative that these three components work together if you want real success.
01. DIGITAL.
Understanding the steps and nuances that push design into development towards launch into real world on app stores or the internet. Digital products take a combination of understanding the user and identity of the brand. Behavioral Patterns showcase the expectations of interaction and can help provide insight to the success of a product. Users must come first, stepping into their shoes and thought process gives you the insight to make design choices that benefit both the brand and the user collectively. Success is imminent.
02. BRANDING.
Understanding that identity is the importance to branding, representation of the company and the people that drive its business services or products. Identification is more than the design it is the synergy and energy the company emanates through its products and services. The label is the recognition of the brand but the product/services showcase the value the brand provides to its consumers.
03. MARKETING.
Know your audience and you will know how to appeal to them at the level that grabs their focus. Marketing draws the focus and captivates them to engage and react with the brand. The brands identity must build its reputation in every interaction with the consumer which allows the brand’s services and products to gain from that reputation based on the quality of services and quality of product.

Clients.
MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
The client usually has much more knowledge about their company and product than you do, so it is worth using this knowledge as much as you can. Client’s engagement also allows you to make sure that you understand business needs and constraints well, and that you deliver real value for them.
